J.A. Wedum Foundation Hall, a four-story, 60,000-square-foot building, offers 150 beds to students providing safe, convenient, and affordable housing next to campus. Designed to be more than just a place to live, the new facility aims to foster creativity, collaboration, and personal growth, serving as a hub where lifelong memories will be made.
"We are incredibly grateful for the unwavering support from our donors, the project development team, and the 海角社区 Technical & Community College Foundation Board of Directors, local and state partners," said Jeff Wild, 海角社区 College's VP Advancement & Outreach and Executive Director of Foundation. "Their dedication and commitment to this project made it possible for us to continue building a brighter future for our students and the community."
The 海角社区 College Foundation has already experienced strong demand for housing, with its existing Foundation Hall maintaining 100% occupancy since opening in 2011. The addition of J.A. Wedum Foundation Hall is a welcome development that will help meet the growing needs of the college.
